Clarendon Global Partners, LLC (CGP) is an investment management and investment advisory firm with a Pan-African and related diaspora focus. We provide investment advisory, investment management and operations management services to our clients and portfolio companies that we oversee. CGP also does work through affiliates in the U.K., and Bermuda as necessary in order to effectively source, staff and implement projects and meet client obligations.
CASH MANAGEMENT
We provide cash management strategies including stratification and using futures and derivatives exposure to maximize returns while maintaining necessary liquidity.
ADVISORY
We provide consulting services to clients needing structure and strategy in setting up or changing their investment posture, using modern portfolio theory tools and blending it with their strategic objectives. In some cases we will become OCIO for some of our clients managing their investment operations completely. We also advise on structures for achieving project finance objectives.
PUBLIC EQUITY
We provide traditional asset management for equity and fixed income portfolios solutions that rely on fundamental research as the primary instrument for security selection and weighting while using quantitative tools for security evaluation and to validate portfolio structure and weighting
PRIVATE EQUITY
CGP’s private equity activities and investments are implemented through our affiliate Africa Vision Partners (AVP) which focuses on investment in “smart cities,” (cities of the future) and smart urban agglomerations on the continent of Africa. AVP’s strategy takes a holistic, tailored approach to infrastructure investments related to the functioning of a smart city. Those include: clean/renewable energy, ICT infrastructure, mobility and transportation, healthcare, education, food and food security, water, and waste management.
