Originally from Kenya, Risper has a deep commitment to helping to organize the African diaspora through a number of organizations focused on improving opportunities for the successful diaspora engagement in the economic and business growth on the continent. She has worked closely with Marlon through the African Union Diaspora Initiative to organize and implement a number of successful events and programs.
